Position:
Landscaping and Lawn Care Crew Leader Employment type:
Full-Time position.
We are a young, energetic company, with a great culture and plenty of room for professional growth.
Compensation:
Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule.
Pay Range:
$18-$30 per hour depending on bonus distributions.
Efficiency Performance Bonus, evaluated daily and distributed with paycheck (Program is called P4P).
Quarterly Company Profit Sharing Distribution as well.
2 weeks of Paid Time Off.
Typical Schedule:
Spring - Summer - Fall schedule start time is 7am, end of day is determined on efficiency and job hours scheduled (typically finished by 5p).

As a Landscaping and Lawn Care Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our landscaping teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
You will be responsible for overseeing crew members, coordinating tasks, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of landscapers to execute projects efficiently and with high-quality standards.
Plan and organize daily tasks, ensuring job timeline expectations are met.
Supervise and participate in typical landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, weeding, edging, mulching, pruning, leaf pickup, etc.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and safety of work.
Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
Collaborate with clients and communicate effectively to understand their requirements and preferences.
Monitor and manage equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly maintained.
Possess and enforce a working knowledge of safety protocols for each jobsite.
Requirements:
Proven experience in landscaping with a strong understanding of horticulture practices.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and machinery.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Reliable Transportation Valid Drivers License Clean Driving Record Must be able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test Smartphone Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor Job Types:
